1 ABC method in inventory control
метод АВС контроля товарно-материальных запасов
Метод заключается в делении запасов сырья и материалов на 3 категории по степени важности в зависимости от их удельной стоимости.
А - наиболее ценные виды ресурсов, которые требуют постоянного и скрупулезного учета и контроля.
В - менее важные для предприятия товарно-материальные запасы, которые оцениваются и проверяются при ежемесячной инвентаризации.
С - широкий ассортимент остальных малоценных видов товарно- материальных запасов, закупаемых обычно в большом количестве.
